After graduating from RMLNLU, Bhaskar built deep expertise in corporate commercial advisory and litigation, advising on corporate laws, drafting contracts and representing clients in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has handled cases concerning sales, mortgages, leases and licence agreements.

His focus has centred on Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Company Law, Insolvency proceedings (IBC) and corporate legal consultancy.

Subhradip has specialised in IP rights including anti-piracy raids, construction contract management, arbitration, property law, banking and corporate litigation. He has represented Star India, Hindustan Unilever and Emami in IP violation matters, and Fortis Hospitals, CuraFoot and Tribeca Care in medico-legal matters.

He has worked on power sector disputes against DVC, NTPC and PHED, and advised FSSAI, Metro Cash & Carry, Keventer Agro and VKL Spices on food safety law compliance.

Rahul Jangra is a practising advocate with experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, original suits, and family law matters. A graduate of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2022), he advises and represents clients in a wide range of contentious matters.

Chandrayee Roy is a litigation associate based in Kolkata, focusing on commercial disputes and civil litigation. Having earned her law degree in 2022, she began her career handling foundational civil matters and trial-level advocacy at the Barasat District Court, giving her a strong practical edge in procedural law and evidence assessment.

At the firm, Chandrayee assists in representing corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals before the Calcutta High Court, the City Civil Court, and specialised tribunals including the NCLT and DRT.

Souvik Bose is an associate based at the firm's Kolkata office, focusing on corporate-commercial agreements, media law, and civil litigation. Having earned his law degree in 2013, he brings over a decade of practical legal experience navigating complex contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and trial-level procedural law.

At the firm, Souvik assists in advising media entities, corporate clients, and individual stakeholders on intellectual property rights management, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.
